Simple hand-wound glass beads / Crowbeads - antique white. Diameter approx. 9mm, hole approx. 2.1mm. 100 grams (ca. 150 pieces).
Small, single-colored glass beads were used by a wide variety of cultures throughout almost all eras. From the Celts through the early Middle Ages to the 18th and 19th centuries. They can be found, for example, in finds from the Merovingians, the Viking Age through to the era of the American fur trade with the Indians. These beads are also suitable for combining with individual, more elaborate jewelry beads.
